The Little Express was the official North American XTC Fan Club between 1983 and 2000. Produced by Peter and June Dix, the newsletter was how most people kept in touch with the progress of XTC before the Internet became popular. Now, for many reasons, they've decided to fold. The last issue of The Little Express has been mailed. The end of an era. Join me in a moment of silence to say “Thank You” for all they've done for XTC and the fans through the years. |

The Little Express was also responsible for the release of three very collectible cassette-only XTC releases, Jules Verne's Sketchbook, The Bull With The Golden Guts, and Window Box. They also organized the very successful 1991 XTC Music and Friends Convention, in Barrie, Ontario. (I say “successful” because I had a good time. Did you?) |
