Demo version.
Released in September 2004 on Fuzzy
Warbles Volume Six in the U.K.
Andy: “Written for Nonsuch and I can see it fitting in well along with the gang, must have thought we had too much material as I never even brought this up at rehearsals. Good solid construction, well balanced, does what it says on the tin. Cousin of ‘Dear Madame Barnum’ and ‘The Disappointed’. I just love songs with two middle eights in them.”

Is the world still round and flat, like our grimey bathroom mat? I can't tell what truth is anymore. Of course the moon's a shining sphere, but one foot up and three foot near. I can't tell what truth is anymore. And if you've gone for good or you've gone for bad, you just blew away any real I ever had. Perhaps the sea is made of glass, with waves on wheels that roll right past. Oh I can't tell what truth is anymore. For I can't tell what truth is anymore. And if you've gone for good or you've gone for bad, you just blew away any real I ever had. Am I stood here six foot tall or curled up in a foetal ball? Oh I can't tell what truth is anymore. For I can't tell what truth is anymore. No I can't tell what truth is anymore.

I wanted to write to mention that as a guitarist i would like to see more and more tabs posted... but realising that xtc songs are complex alot of great songs are not tabbed...
I think that instead of one person trying to nail the whole song, several guitarists should build on things until the get right ...and many times that is what has happened... I want to try to start contributing to some of the songs without tab...
******************************************************************************************************************************
here is a very basic rough start to "I can't tell what truth is anymore" from FW6. Please help me to build on it as I cant figure out a couple of the changes... (Truzzi I know you are out there somewhere!)
The rest of the song largely repeats this pattern
The song obviously has many frills, fills, thrills, intros and nice ending chord...so I hope other people will help to complete the missing chords to this clever and catchy song.
Also requesting tab for Blame the Weather, Tiny Circus of Life.
